TO INSTALL THE DOOR USING FLAT CLIP:

1. Snap proper amount of clips onto frame.
2. Run a bead of polyurethane adhesive / sealant around mounting flange where you would normally use putty tape. *
3. Press the door into the opening.
4. Unlock, open the door.
5. Pushing the frame against the side wall with one hand, screw or staple through the clips onto the compartment walls.
6. Run a bead of sealant around the edge of the mounting flange and the side wall, around the locks, and across the top of the hinge for a final finish.

NO SCREWS--NO SCREW COVER--FAST INSTALLATION--ADHESIVE / SEALANT IS USED AROUND THE MOUNTING FLANGE WHERE YOU WOULD NORMALLY USE PUTTY TAPE TO ACHIEVE A FLUSH, SEALED INSTALLATION.

THE CLIPS ARE PROVIDED SEPARATELY, IN 5' LENGTHS ALLOWING YOU TO CUT WHATEVER LENGTH FITS YOUR NEEDS. A 1" WIDE CLIP ALLOWS ENOUGH ROOM FOR SCREWS. THE SIZE OF THE DOOR WOULD DETERMINE THE NUMBER OF CLIPS USED. THE CLIPS MUST NOT BE INSTALLED NEXT TO THE LOCK CAM, AS THEY WILL HINDER THE OPERATION OF THE CAM.
